Project's Progression (Part II)

Last 3 days ago were hectic...Need to practice the forum & compiled the folio...Luckily, all of my groupmates finished their jobs on time...Thanks to them...I used almost 2 days to compiled the folio...It's not an easy job...About the forum presentation...almost every day need to practice the same dialog for the presentation...before the day of presentation, there were few problems to do the decoration...got alot of ideas from the group members....but with some toleration, all of the things done well...Due to finish up the decoration, I skipped a compulsory forum 'live' in the hall on last tuesday night..haha...actually I lied...I went to swimming pool with my housemates...lazy to go the forum...Its like wasting my time to listen what the panellist talk...On the last wednesday, the day when my group need to do the forum presentation...got some troubles happened again..1 of my group member bought the shorter cloth(kain) to do the curtain & table cloth...Luckily, the other group members found a long table with the cloth stiched on it...So...hehe...we took it & tare the cloth out & make it as a decoration...hahaha...this was my 1st time to steal something in university..haha...About the presentation, I felt quite nervous because the marks for the presentation is 25%...quite high actually...But, after my group presentation...I felt so relieved...I felt my body lighter...phew...But the lecturer told us that my group present like a "pembaca berita"...haha....I think is because the tables arranged straightly, not curve enough..haha..but overall is good....phew.....really relieved...About the folio, I asked my "penolong" to check it back because on thursday I'm going to have a seminar...But the due date is on next week thursday, so still got time to check it...And now, I'm just waiting for my final exam...haha..1st time just need to take 1 paper for the final exam only...hahaha...I hope I can score well...

P/S: I hope I'm not going to become a group leader again for the moral subject on next semester...

Project's Progression (Part I)

After the visit to MARDI, I divided some jobs to the group members. As what I have planned, members who cannot give attributes much in the forum presentation will do more for the folio. I gave them the date line until last monday to finish it up. The group has 9 members excluded me. 6 out of 9 finish it well on time. I mean 'well'...1 out of 6 pass his job me earlier. 2 out of 6 finish up on time in the last minute. 3 gave some excuses. In this situation, should I be more straight to them? Scold them they should be punctual? Or just tolerate with them? Give them a chance?

While discussing for the forum presentation, some of them..wait, not some of them, 8 out of 10 didn't watch the movie that my group chose it on the last 3 weeks.I watched it last year from television. I still have some of the ideas from the movie. 1 of them got the VCD but lost it. Ok, I asked them to download from Youtube to watch it but they complained that connection is too slow. Fine..Then I asked them to buy the VCD or DVD to watch it..Nobody take action...Last week, only 1 of the group members bought the DVD..After the others heard that got DVD, they wanted to watch it...But the owner want to watch it first..So, until this week all of them watched already..In this situation, I felt that why some of them like to do in the last minute? Why they can't use the time well? Some of them even said that I'm too paranoid or too nervous about the project. The group members think that I want to be like this? I had the lesson on the last semester..Last minute do the things...Passed it up late..Got a 'GOOD' grade...

For today, tuesday....went to the lecturer's room with some of the group members to ask the lecturer to check the forum script...I felt that the lecturer feel bored with my presence already...I went to meet for 4 times already to ask about the project & the forum presentation...Until just now, 1 of the group members advice me that I shouldn't meet the lecturer in his room already...It will makes the lecturer to feel that I'm annoying...Yes, I know about it but you think I want? I don't want to meet him...Actually, I don't want to be the leader ..And for the morning meeting, some of them couldn't vome because they woke up late & not in the hostel...Fine...I don't want to be angry for that moment....Cool down...

After the class today, try to practice the forum presentation spontaneously...phew, luckily my group can present in 20 minutes...Tomorow wednesday, I thought I want to do another meeting to practice the presentation..but some of them are going to have test on this thursday...So, I just let them rest for a day~ Am I too good?

If I use my dictatorship style to control the group, it will make my friendship strain....If I'm to lenient, they cross my head...not respect me as a leader of the group...didn't take my words seriously...Become a leader is not easy...

But, some of the group members helped me well..I appreaciate it...Thanks...I hope my group project & forum presentation can finish on time & successfully...

MARDI II

Woke up at 7.20am...quite early...I'm waiting for them to wake up...so bored...need to go to MARDI again...This time need to go there to get the documents & pass the survey forms to the staff...Need to be at the library atm machines at 8.30am. But as usual, late again...haiz...2 of the members havent reach yet...Asked them to wait at MARDI, situated at Serdang, near to their house...2 cars follow C's car to MARDI...But, they lost already...couldn't follow C's car...Phew..luckily they can find us back...Reached MARDI around 9am..Waited for the another 2 guys...haiz...I don't know what to say...Met the deputy director of the information resource management division ..He's quite friendly & helpful...The library very small...got some documents that can use for the BM analysis, the secretary helped me to photostat it...the survey forms gave to his secretary to pass it all to the staff...Tomorow need to take it back from her...I asked the 'late guys' to take it...haha...1 of the group members took some photo...The weather was so hot...I felt like no mood to talk already...Went back to hostel after lunch at Serdang...So tired...In the last minute, 1 of my friend sms me, class cancelled..YES! Cancelled! Somemore the rain was coming soon...there is no rain in UNITEN since last 3 weeks ...So tired...Take a good nap...

Uni10 Swimming Pool

Just came back from my university swimming pool...this is my first time to swim at there...haha..about swim...So many years I didn't swim...habis....about the swimming pool...lol...an average swimming pool..not so big...follow the olympic standard...I think so...about the toilet...Walao....so dirty & smelly...my hometown swimming pool is much better than this...cleaner than this 'toilet'...need to pay RM2...but no maintainance...I'm so dissapointed...swam until the half of the pool..I don't have the 'guts' to swim until the end...the end of the pool is very deep...no pretty girls at there..haha..I'm so pervert...hahaha....after swim...wow...I felt stress on my triceps....this shows that I didn't swim for a long time... haha...before left the pool, saw some of the kids were practising to swim...wait wait wait...I saw older girls....lol...hahaha...but they are university students...lol...I hope that the management will upgrade their maintainance...so tired...

MARDI

Last thursday, went to MARDI to give the letter to the PA for the Director...Hope that they will give the permision for group member to visit the department on monday, 11 May 2009...The PA told me that she will call me tomorow, friday in the afternoon...So, on last friday...while I was watching a movie, my hand hold my handphone tightly...I was waiting for the call...I'm waited until 4pm, suddenly one of my group member called me, asked me about the call...I called the PA..but couldnt reach her..she didnt answer....resume back & watched the movie..after finish watched it...I immediately called her back...call...call...call...until 5.30pm, but couldn't reach her...wasted almost RM 6 to call her...I'm so FREAK!!!!

So waited until today...I called the PA at 8.30am sharp...At last, she answered...but she told me that her boss is having a meeting & haven't see the letter...haiz...asked me to call her back after the lunch time...So, at 2.30pm...I called her back...She told me that her boss didn't give any answer yet...asked me again to call her before 5pm...

Haiz...I almost fed up already...Called her back at 4.20pm... the PA passed the phone to the director..The director want to talk to me...At last, she confirmed & let my group to visit her department to do the analysis & survey...the director asked me to call her deputy to confirm the time & date...

Conclusion, How efficient the government staff are? ~ 'tremendously good!'

I hope that my group can finish the project in 2 weeks time...

Mother's Day

Everyone in this world sure know that Mother's Day celebrate on the second Sunday of May.
But in my opinion, if a child treat his/her mother well, then everyday should be Mother's Day for the mother.

I would like to take this opportunity to wish my mommy, Happy Mother's Day!
I hope she will be happy and always looks young!

Treat & care your mother well because we only have one mother~
