10th-14th JAN 2011~

Last week was a hectic week for me. Almost everyday sleep less than 5 hours. I faced four '1's or 1111: 1 internship interview, 1 test, 1 exhibition & 1 conference.

For the first '1', the interview. I was quite nervous about the interview because one of my classmate who went for the same interview was screwed by the interviewers. The interviewers asked a lot of the academic questions on him. I was shocked to know about it. Actually I'm not well prepared. Probably I'm going to screw it up too. As usual, I went there half an hour early. Although the company has a small branch but what I researched that this company is a well-known company in the world. I'm quite lucky at that time. the interviewer didn't asked me much about the academic stuff. After the interview, I need to rushed back to my university to settle the exhibition preparation & for the second '1', the test. For the test, I felt I didn't do well. I didn't do enough preparation on it. My oh my.. I just hope for the best of it. For the third '1' which was the exhibition. This exhibition caused me pressure, tension~ Although this time I'm just a supervisor for the project but I still need to help them to do the works. I thought I can be like my seniors last time, no need to do so much of works. A lot of last minute preparations & changes that I need to faced and it was quite messy too. I almost want to release my anger to everyone due to some incidents. But in the end, I was glad that the exhibition had a good reception. I think it was 1 of the best exhibitions throughout the three years. I was happy that I do not need to handle or supervise exhibition anymore because my term is going to end soon. For the last '1' was the conference. I was lucky because I was invited to attend a conference regarding on the infrastructure in tropical environment. I met some of the experienced people who really changed up my mind on what is the real civil engineering. They even shared their point of views of the current job prospect which probably I will go for it in the future.

After a hectic week, I think I need to concentrate on my studies. I just finished a test yesterday. Still got 2 tests to go. I'm not sure I can do it but I will do my best. May the force be with us~
