Post mortem~

Just now, I went for a meeting to discussed some agendas..Until the final part of the agenda which is the post mortem for the CE Raya gathering, I know what will happen..Everyone in the room can give some points or express dissatisfaction on the gathering. Started with the bosses, who gave some points about the way to handle the time management, less teamwork, unwanted incidents, happen etc...All of the points were meant to me...I prefer to use the word 'Shoot at me'...In the positive thoughts, this post mortem is to help the committee to improve more especially to organize an event & strenghten the committees' relationship. Everyone can express their feeling. In the other thoughts, don't blame all the things to the leader for their mistakes. Probably the leader is trying his/her best to make it successful. If an event is fail, it should be the committee responsibility, not the leader. So, before shoot a person, all people in the room need to discuss what happen during the program before give any advice to each other or so called the post mortem. I felt like I want to quit my post & want to leave the room at that time. I don't want to talk so much about it..But when I think it back, I don't want to give it up easily. I want to show them that I'm not easily defeat by them. I will show my determination to organize other event well & keep their mouth shut..Maybe you will think that I'm a person who doesn't like people to shoot at me although its just for an improvement..I just want to write something to release my stress at here..But anyway, I would like to thank my comrades who were helping me alot during that night.

Agreed, that's no point of blaming someone for any mistakes made, indeed should share and advise each other to achieve improvement..an event is not solely depend on one person who is normally the leader, but is the efforts and hardwork of the whole team members, of course the leader is the figurine of the team, any credits or blames go to him/her directly, but team members should support him/her and not by shooting, don't think 'you who were shooting' didn't have any responsible, unless the leader is irresponsible in person then is different case..
cheer up my friend!!
all the best for your coming exam!!
